FLY RC Magazine - Weekly Wing Tips: PROP NUT TOOL

I’ve never liked using Allen wrenches to tighten prop nuts; I find them difficult to hold and they just aren’t the right tool for the job. So I decided to create a better tool. I searched through an older set of tools and found an extra screwdriver with the right size shaft. I used a cutoff wheel to remove the blade and then I ground the sharp edges smooth. The result was a special tool, with an easy to grip handle, that allows me to easily tighten prop nuts.
